Many face a host of other difficulties in their lives be it a lack of qualifications, poor communication skills or no work experience. This will often be combined with a lack of confidence and self-esteem as well as physical and mental health problems. Without additional support this can cause significant obstacles in their path to becoming active members of society and finding employment.
