Solent Youth Action - Open Access Youth Clubs

Solent Youth Action is a youth volunteering charity that works with young people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to help them contribute to their local community.

Solent Youth Action began life in 1999 as the Eastleigh Millennium Volunteers project - delivering the national Government youth volunteering initiative in the Eastleigh area from Eastleigh Community Services.

To empower young people to develop as individuals, enjoy new challenges and make a positive contribution to the community.

Solent Youth Action runs a number of youth groups available to 11-19 year olds at The Loft, Hiltingbury Community Centre - The Hilt, Hiltingbury Road, Hiltingbury, Hampshire, SO53 5NP.

Open Access Youth Clubs is on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm.

The open access youth groups are a great way for young people to get involved in fun activities such as Wii games, pool tournaments, sports activities and lots more.

Young people are encouraged to suggest ideas for their own projects and take part in taster activities such as music, arts and crafts, and helping to organise youth club trips.
